1. Controller

Bruno Martí — contact: bruno@icrisol.com.

2. What data we process (and what we don't)

icrisol.com is an informational site designed around the principle of data minimization:

  • We do not collect identifying personal data: no forms, no registration, no accounts, no newsletters.
  • We do not sell, transfer or share data with third parties.
  • We do not use tracking or advertising cookies (see the Cookie policy).

3. Anonymous analytics

To know the number of visits and their aggregate origin we use Umami, a cookieless analytics solution hosted on our own servers (data never leaves to third parties). Only aggregate, anonymous metrics are collected —page views, country of origin, referrer, device type and browser— with the IP address anonymized. No profiling is performed and no individual is identified.

4. Legal basis and retention

Aggregate, anonymous measurement relies on the owner's legitimate interest in understanding the reach of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), without processing identifying personal data. As the information is anonymous, no data that could identify you is retained.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to bruno@icrisol.com. Since we do not process identifying data, we may not hold information associated with you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

6. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The date of the last revision appears at the top.
